Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

  1. Validity Period
    1.1. Each gift voucher is valid until the “Valid Until” date stated on the voucher.
    1.2. Vouchers cannot be redeemed after the expiry date shown, except where required by applicable consumer law.
  2. Redemption
    2.1. Vouchers may be redeemed for eligible services provided by Window Revival within our normal service area.
    2.2. To redeem a voucher, the holder must quote the voucher code at the time of booking or before the job is invoiced. We may also ask to see the emailed voucher or printed copy for reference.
    2.3. Vouchers cannot be applied to completed jobs that have already been invoiced or paid.
  3. Value, Balances and Payments
    3.1. Each voucher has a face value as shown on the front of the voucher.
    3.2. If the total cost of the service is greater than the voucher value, the voucher holder must pay the outstanding balance at the time of service.
    3.3. If the total cost of the service is less than the voucher value, any remaining balance will be held as a credit on the customer’s account and can be used towards future services until the original expiry date. No cash will be given for any unused balance.
    3.4. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used to pay existing overdue accounts unless Window Revival agrees otherwise in writing.
  4. Transferability & Ownership
    4.1. Vouchers are transferable and may be given to another person, provided the voucher code is supplied and the voucher has not expired or been redeemed.
    4.2. Window Revival may request reasonable identification or information to confirm the voucher and booking details.
  5. Booking Conditions
    5.1. Voucher redemption is subject to technician and appointment availability.
    5.2. Our usual booking, cancellation and rescheduling policies apply to all voucher bookings.
    5.3. If a voucher booking is cancelled or rescheduled without the required notice (as per our standard policy), Window Revival reserves the right to treat the voucher (or part of its value) as redeemed.
  6. Digital Vouchers, Codes and Misuse
    6.1. Window Revival gift vouchers are issued digitally. You may print or reprint the voucher as needed; the value is linked to the voucher code, not the printed copy.
    6.2. Only the first valid redemption of a voucher code will be honoured. Once the full value of a voucher has been applied to a booking or account, the code will no longer be valid.
    6.3. If a voucher code is shared, forwarded or given to another person, and that person redeems it before the intended recipient, Window Revival may treat the voucher as used and is under no obligation to reissue or refund it.
    6.4. If you believe your voucher code has been compromised or used without your permission, please contact Window Revival before the voucher is redeemed so we can review the situation.
  7. Service Area and Inclusions
    7.1. Vouchers are redeemable only within our standard service area around Gold Coast, Brisbane & Tweed. (Please see our website or contact us for details). Additional travel charges may apply outside this area.
    7.2. Unless stated otherwise, vouchers may be used on any of our standard services, including sliding door and window repairs and related maintenance services, but exclude major structural works or any items listed as exclusions on our website or in our quotes.
  8. Promotions and Discounts
    8.1. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other special offers, promotions or discounts unless Window Revival agrees otherwise in writing.
    8.2. If a service is already discounted or part of a promotion, Window Revival may apply the voucher to the full standard price at its discretion.
  9. Fraud and Abuse
    9.1. Window Revival reserves the right to cancel a voucher and/or refuse service if we reasonably believe it has been altered, duplicated, obtained fraudulently or used in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
  10. Consumer Law
    10.1. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
    10.2. If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that part will be treated as removed, and the remaining terms will continue to be valid and enforceable.
    10.3. To the extent permitted by law, Window Revival’s liability in connection with a voucher is limited to replacing the voucher or applying its face value to services we provide.
  11. Changes to Terms
    11.1. Window Revival may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version in force at the time of voucher purchase will apply to that voucher.
