Great experience with this company - staff were friendly, responsive and were able to fit our job in at short notice. Phil was our technician and did a fantastic job, would highly recommend!

I couldn’t lock my house due to the sliding doors not closing. Windows Revival were not only quick to respond, but when I was low on funds fixed the entire problem and came up with a more than manageable payment plan.

Brilliant work on an old sliding door. Rollers had deteriorated, causing the door to jam. Fixed it easily and went further by oiling other sliding doors and locks. Very impressed. Highly recommended.

Didn't show up and didn't bother to call. When I rang to find out where they were, they informed me that the parts hadn't arrived and they forgot to inform me. Said they would call to re-schedule and I never heard from them again. We ordered the parts and did the work ourselves, saving $2,000. not very hard at all.

Beware! Do not go through with this company, they wasted 3 days of our time. First day we waited around during our allocated time and we had no one show up. We called to be told they mixed up the dates, then we were booked in the following day. We waited the next day, no one showed up during our allocated time, we called them to be told no one could come today due to no staff and no one even called us to tell us the issue.
We then get told we would be the first app of the day today on Fridays phone confirmation, we waited today for several hours to be told they were running late and we were never the first app but the second during the hours of 7am-10 am. (We were told 8am not 7-10 am)Then we get told they can try get someone out by the coordinator, this was after the tradesman said he was running late so we weren’t filled with much confidence that they would actually show up today. Too many issues, no communication, being told different things by staff. What a mess around! We now are going elsewhere.

I can't remember the guys name but he was very knowledgeable and fixed my doors quite quickly for a reasonable fee.

I got three quotes and two of them told me I needed to replace the door at a large amount of money. Window Revival just fixed the door (well, and on time) and didnt try to upsell me. I liked that

Red flag right from the start. I left message on there contact page on Facebook to call me and never did.
Just had text messages saying they tried to call me which was a lie and when can they call back. After giving them a response with the time to call back they never bothered. After calling them to book a job and asking them to call my partner to confirm a time again they never did and tried to come on a day we were not home. On the actual day of the booking Friday afternoon instead of calling my partner they called me at work so I told them to call her if you wanted to come earlier than the scheduled appointment as I don’t know if she is home. Next she gets a text saying that the technician is stuck on a tricky job and needs to reschedule. These guys are the worst communicators, liars and don’t want to work on a Friday afternoon. Zero stars

We had Window Revival replace the rollers on our large sliding glass door. Wow what a difference it has made. We can now open and close with one finger instead of two hands.

I would highly recommend Window Revival Sliding Door and Window Repairs to anyone needing work done on their windows or sliding doors! All the windows in my home are original aluminium from the late 70's, and were really starting to show it by not running smoothly, some the little rollers had broken and were extremely hard to open. I thought I'd have to replace them all with brand new ones. Thankfully I found Chris and his team, and for a fraction of the price (of replacing them all) my windows are now gliding easily open and closed with no effort. Thank you Chris, you've saved me thousands of dollars!! Tamara
