Beware! Do not go through with this company, they wasted 3 days of our time. First day we waited around during our allocated time and we had no one show up. We called to be told they mixed up the dates, then we were booked in the following day. We waited the next day, no one showed up during our allocated time, we called them to be told no one could come today due to no staff and no one even called us to tell us the issue.
We then get told we would be the first app of the day today on Fridays phone confirmation, we waited today for several hours to be told they were running late and we were never the first app but the second during the hours of 7am-10 am. (We were told 8am not 7-10 am)Then we get told they can try get someone out by the coordinator, this was after the tradesman said he was running late so we weren’t filled with much confidence that they would actually show up today. Too many issues, no communication, being told different things by staff. What a mess around! We now are going elsewhere.
